Abstract:

Collection contains two letters to Randolph Valliere, one from Joe E. Brown, and another from Sargent Shriver. Includes signed and printed acknowledgements (1932-1964) of birthday and Christmas greetings from Miss Harriet Banks to Herbert Hoover, as well as a letter to Banks from Senator Hubert H. Humphrey. Also includes an autographed tribute to William Nodler by members of the Bohemian Club written on "The Atonement of Pan" program, Aug. 10, 1912, and an article by Margaret Lothrop on The Wayside, Concord, Massachusetts, home of Nathaniel Hawthorne.
